A. Custom orders are not returnable. Technicare guarantee custom made products will be made to your specifications.
Q. How do I change my quote to an order?
A. When you are ready to order, please email a copy of your quote with your purchse order to sales@technicarecorp.com and you may also use your own order formate. An order confirmation will be sent once the is received to our sales department.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Custom orders are always a bit lengthy process as we need to make the required premilinaries as well as necessary tools and dies as may required. Our normal lead time is 6-8 weeks for any individual order depending upon the the quantity and compleity of your order. We will however, determine at the time of your order received.

Q. Can I reorder a custom made instruments under same terms and conditions?
A. Yes, All quotes for custom made products are expired within 60 days from the issuance date. Your orders will be delt as normal terms and conditions.
Q. Can I change the specifications of a product after I received a quote?
A. A new quote will be provided with the revised specifications before an order can be placed. Your new request for a quote may be required for further proceedings.
Q. Are there any discount for a custom made quantity orders?
A. Yes please specify the desired quantities on your completed quote request.
