Shipments Schedules, Lead Times and Delivery Terms
Delivery time for items not in stock is roughly around 45-60 days from the date of our confirmation to a firm order also it is depending upon the quantities and the nature of instruments. Shipments schedules are approximate and accurate as conditions permit on the date the schedules are provided. Technicare assume no responsibility or reliability for any unforeseen damage, delay or natural disaster that arises during transit or at the time of making delivery.

Deliveries
A great deal of effort is made on packing your order and we apply a great care during the whole packing process. At the time of collecting the shipment and signing a collecting receipt, customers required to inspect the whole shipment thoroughly and in case of any visible damage or shortage of cartons, please file your claim with your forwarding agent straightway and inspect all items and quantities upon arrival and inform us for any kind of shortage or nonconformance within 3 days of receipt of shipment.

Returns and Technical Support
No returns are acceptable without prior notice, we must examine the product (s) in question before making a decision either to repair, replace or adjust the claim amount. For your protection, items that have been personalized, custom ordered, opened or used cannot be returned for credit or exchange. We recommend that before you open package, please make sure that it contains the items that you ordered.

Payment Terms
We require advance payment or a 50% Advance Payment of the face value of the total order through Bank Transfers and rest of the payment shall be made when the shipment is ready to move. All packed goods against your order remains property of Technicare until paid in full. Any freight or shipping or handling charges may be added depending on the nature of delivery.

Prices
Our prices are always based on ex work basis, unless otherwise agreed in written for any other mode of shipment. Freight charges will be added on the face value of our products or you can ask for C&F or CIF prices by giving us the volume of your order and destination address. Prices for Airfreight and Sea freight shipments are vary. Prices are stable for one year, after which they are may be subject to change without prior notice depending upon the currency fluctuation and general price increase of steel and other materials. Products prices are revised according to raw material and craftsmanship at the year end.

All instruments shown in this catalogue are made of required grade of stainless steel unless otherwise indicated.
