Returns & Exchanges


No returns are acceptable without prior notice, we must examine the product (s) in question before making a decision either to repair, replace or adjust the claim amount. For your protection, items that have been
personalized, custom ordered, opened or used cannot be returned for credit or exchange. We recommend that before you open package, please make sure that it contains the items that you ordered. If you need to
return an item(s), Technicare will exchange or credit any unused goods purchased from Technicare in the following circumstances, providing it is in conjunction with the returns policy and that it is returned in its
sealed, original packaging and in resalable condition.

For health & safety reasons we are unable to accept the return of any item which is already opened unless they are faulty (Please see faulty/damaged goods section).

All gifts or items supplies free of cost with purchase must be returned when returning the original item it came with.

On what basis we approve your return request?

  • You have been overcharged or charged for an item (s) you have not receive
  • Returning of an unwanted item (s)
  • Product is damaged
  • Product is faulty and not working
  • Product functionality failed
  • Missing part & accessories
  • Differemt product delivered
  • Product is not that shown in picture

You have been overcharged or charged for an item (s) you have not receive
all shortages or price discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours to your account manager and you will receive a credit on your account.


Returning of an unwanted item (s)
you will need to complete a returns form and return the item(s) within 5 days of receipt of goods. You can request a returns form via email. You can also return your goods by sending them back at your own risk and (this will be at your own expense).


The item (s) is faulty / damaged
we try to ensure products are not damaged in transit and arrive to you in good condition. If you receive goods which are damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of your receipt of goods. 

All faulty goods will be examined by Technicare to check the goods are faulty and have not been damaged. We do not cover faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.  N.B. Inspections and repairs can take up to 21 days as items may need to be returned to the manufacturer. We do not offer loan products whilst your return is being processed.


Further Conditions

1.  When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, the company may agree to their return on the following conditions.


2.  The item must be in perfect condition and returned in original packaging carton.


3.  It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the return carriage and to ensure that the returned goods are adequately packed to avoid damage in transit. Goods returned not in original packaging and in poor condition will not be refunded.


4.  A request must be made to the Company within 5 days of receipt of goods.


5.  Any refunds given for returned goods will be subject to a handling charge per item order or 10% of the total order value, whichever is the greater. No refunds will be made in respect of carriage charges levied on the original order.


6.  No returned goods will be accepted unless a Returns Authorization has been given. The appropriate invoice number or any reference provided must be quoted on accompanying documentation.


7.  We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged parcels in transit to us. Under the distance selling directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, no refund will be made.


8.  If you think an item is faulty please contact us for advice before returning the item. Faulty items must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Any faulty goods returned within 30 days of purchase with minimal wear and accompanied by a proof of purchase will be exchanged for an identical item or refund. Any faulty goods returned more than 30 days from purchase and accompanied by a proof of purchase may be sent for repair or replaced or refunded at our discretion. Where a fault or the cause of a fault is not apparent we reserve the right to send the item for testing before deciding on any action to be taken. This should take no longer than 10 working days, depending on the item.


9. Goods which are given free, as part of an offer, are not exchangeable or refundable, unless the full offer is returned, subject to normal conditions.
