Company Agreement
Technicare believes in the highest moral values and business ethics. Once a contract is made with a customer, we strongly aim to follow it in its true spirit regarding quality of product, packing, and shipment schedule and any other specific contents of the agreement.
Prices & Quotes
Prices are stable for one year and afterwards these may be subject to a change depending upon general price increase of stainless steel and other raw material. Our prices are revised according to raw material and craftsmanship at year end. We reserve the right to amend our prices without any prior notice. Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote, please see the expiration date on the top right corner of the quote.
Payment Terms
Our standard payment terms are advance payment and we require an advance payment of 50% of the face value of total order. Remaining balance of payment shall be made on the completion of your order and before the shipment, during which the customer is open to examine their delivery items. All goods remain the property of Technicare until paid in full.
• 100% Advance Payment
• 50% advance (in front) of the face value of total order and 50% when the shipment is ready
• Payment through bank transfers when shipment is ready (A Performa invoice will be raised at the time of completion of order)
• Irrevocable letter of credit
• Sight Draft (C.A.D) Cash against documents all banking charges are to be borne by the customer. Occurring clearance costs have to be paid by the customer.

Other Charges
Our usual shipping terms are ex work and fob basis. In terms of fob, all handling or local freight charges may be applied depending on the nature of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
Our Genral Trading Terms & Conditions
All instruments shown in this catalogue are made of required grade of stainless steel unless otherwise indicated. Illustration and contents provided are general description only and may be subject to change. Technicare reserve the rights to change or made any alteration in the above terms and conditions without any prior notice. Technicare reserve the rights to cancel any claim if above conditions are not met in accordance. Only the above business terms and conditions are valid, unless otherwise we agreed in written. We do not accept any kind of conflicting general terms.
Damaged, Incorectly Delivered or Missing. A great deal of effort is made on processing, packing your orders and we apply a great care during the whole process to ensure all goods you receive are correct and undamaged. However, in rare cases where incorrect damaged goods are received or goods listed on the delivery note are missing. In the event that it is found, upon receiving the goods from the transport agency that the packaging of the item/items of the order is/are visibly damaged, you must state this and write it on the delivery note of the transport company when signing for the collecting receipt of order. From there you need to notify us within 24 hours of the delivery by contacting the after sales service department at Technicare.
In all cases you must always check that the goods have been delivered in the perfect condition and if you have doubts, it is recommended that you always put damaged packing or similar on the delivery note so that it can be claimed back later, as if not the transport company will consider that the item/items has been delivered in perfect condition. Technicare won't take any responsibility for any reports of damage during transport if the user/buyer does not make a note of damage on the delivery note of the transport company and it won´t be possible for us to re embers or offer compensation for the cost of the damage to the product nor will the user/buyer have the right to make a claim against Technicare. You are advised that at the time of collecting the shipment and signing a collecting receipt, you required to inspect the whole shipment thoroughly and inspect all items and quantities upon arrival and inform us for any kind of non-conformance within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. We’ll begin an investigation immediately and contact you with the next steps. You will be reimbursed the cost of delivery if required to send anything back to us.
Guarantee / Warranty Information
We warrant that, at the time of delivery, the goods will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will be of satisfactory quality. There may, however, be minor variations between the goods shown or described and those dispatched to you (the goods dispatched will always be of a comparable or superior quality. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow product instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without our approval.
We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time but the terms and conditions we apply to the contract between us shall be those in force at the time we receive your order. Our items are guaranteed to be of superior quality and free from defects in material and workmanship when used for their intended purpose only. We strive to produce highest quality products. However, any item that proves defective in workmanship will either be repaired or replaced free of cost. Our products are fully guaranteed against the manufacturing faults and fit for the purpose we recommended for their use only. Any faulty item will be examined by Technicare to check that the item is faulty and have not been damaged broken or bent parts, misuse. We do not cover faults caused by accidental damage, neglect misuse or normal wear and tear.
The Warranty will lose its value:
• In case of misuse due to failure to follow the product instruction manual.
• If any of the information on the proof of purchase (invoice, packing list) is modified, altered or replaced.
• If the device itself is tempered with or repaired without the necessary required knowledge.
Your Claims
A great deal of care is carried out during inspection and packing of your order, please inspect the merchandise thoroughly for any loss or damage immediately on receipt of shipment. Concealed loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt.
Returns and Technical Support
No return are accepted without prior notice. Please call our customer support for further assistance. Single use or special order sold on a non-return basis and not be returned for any replacement.If you think an item is faulty and failed to performe please contact us for advice before returning the item. Any faulty goods returned within 30 days of purchase with minimal wear and accompanied by a proof of purchase either be repaired, exchanged for an identical item or we will refund.
You will be re-imbursed the cost of delivery if required to send anything back to us. Any faulty goods returned after more than 30 days from purchase and accompanied by a proof of purchase may be sent for repair or replaced or refunded at our discretion. On receipt of faulty good (s) will be examined by Technicare to check the item is faulty and have not been damaged, broken or bent parts, misuse. We do not cover faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Where a fault or the cause of a fault is not apparent we reserve the right to send the item for testing before deciding on any action to be taken. This should take no longer than ten working days, depending on the item. Goods will not be accepted for exchange or credit unless prior arrangement has been authorized. In that case you will be reimbursed the cost of delivery if required to send anything back to us.
Shipments Schedules, Lead Times and Delivery Terms
Delivery time for items not in stock is roughly around 45-60 days from the date of our confirmation to a firm order also it is depending upon the size and the nature of instruments. Shipments schedules are approximate and accurate asconditions permit on the date the schedules are provided. Technicare assume no responsibility or liability for any unforeseen damage, delay or natural disaster that arises during transit or at the time of making delivery.
MOQ's and Shipping Terms
There are no MOQ’s (minimum order quantities. Technicare reserves the right to make a partial delivery, under a written consent with the customer. Our usual terms are fob ex-work unless otherwise agreed in written for any other mode of shipment. In case of (C&F) shipments we will add the freight cost on the face value of our invoice. And by air freight, sea freight charges are always vary and based on the volume of shipment.
