Q. Can we buy in currency other than US$?
A. Yes, you can buy and pay your bills in all major currencies and you will have the option of choosing your own currency.  Accordingly our prices will be converted to your requisite currency as per the existing conversion rate against your required currency.

Q. What is your MOQ’s minimum quantity order?
A. Since our shipping terms are on ex work basis we have no MOQ’s minimum quantity order. You can purchase any quantities of individual product.
 

Q. What is method of Payment?
A. Our standard payment terms are advance payment and we require an advance payment of 50% of the face value of total order. Remaining balance of 50% payment shall be made before of delivery, during which the customer is open to examine their delivery items. All goods remain the property of Technicare until paid in full. For wholesale orders, We prefer a T/T Bank transfer in advance ,You can contact us for our banking details.
 

Q. What should we expect to happen once we place an online order?
A. As soon as you place an order we will acknowledge the receipt of your order. Once all the required terms are settled your order will be confirmed and your order number will be issued accordingly.
 

Q. What is TECHNICARE Return Policy?
A. No returns are accepted without prior notice. Please call our customer service for further assistance. We will examine the returned item and we reserve the rights to repair  or make a replacement. Q. How do I change my quote to an order?
A. When you are ready to order, please email a copy of your quote with your Purchase Order to sales@technicarecorp.com an order confirmation will be sent once the order is processed.
 

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Custom orders are made-to-order. Lead times vary from 6-8 weeks depending upon quantity and complexity and will be determined at time of order.
 

Q. Can I reorder a custom that was purchased in the past?
A. Yes. All quotes expire 60 days from date of quote. After 60 days, a new quote must be generated before an order can be placed.
 

Q. Can I change specifications of a product after I have received a quote?
A. Yes. A new quote will be provided with the revised specifications before an order can be placed. A new request form may also be required.
 

Q. What is delivery time of shipment?
A. Time of quantity wholesale shipment is about 6 to 8 weeks depending upon quantity of order. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within specified time, Technicare  will inform the customer at the earliest.
 

Q. What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
A. Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of stock for certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will inform you accordingly . We always recommend regular orders to keep maintain our processing to avoid any delays in shipments.
 

Q. How do I amend an order?
A. If for any reason you would like to amend your order with Technicare, please write to Customer Service as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. We cannot cancel an order once it entered in processing.
 

Q. What type of stamping on Technicare products?
A. We normaly stamp our own brand known as TECHNIC. However, Any company's logo can be printed on the instrument as well as on tags .Stamping of any company's brand name is done only on wholesale orders, and will be charged extra. Stamping methods are by screen printing the most popular in the market.
 

Q. Give us some packaging details?
A. Usually each and every instrument is packed in polyethylene bags, then  these instruments are packed in card board boxes. We are also producing high quality leather cases as well. Instruments are also packed in blister packing, pouch packing and velvet cases.
 

Q. How can we have Technicare Catalogue?
A. Our ecatalogues are available on website and you can easily download giving your name and email address. Every year we are producing new styles of instruments, so to keep yourself up to date with our products, contact us for our latest addition of catalogue.
 

Q. What to do if the product you are looking for is not given on our web site?
A. If you have any style of instrument that is not given on our web site, you can send us sample for duplication ,or simply give us reference from any web site or you can send us picture of that product. Hopefully you will be satisfied with our quality working and price of the same instrument.
